Our Yungaburra Community

EYLF Learning Outcome Opportunity: 2.1.2: Cooperate with others and negotiate roles and relationships in play episodes and group experiences.

This week we are emerging into the topic of our Yungaburra community. We know that we live in the community  and we are extending our interest and learning about businesses and jobs in the community that our parents and loved ones hold. MS Nerissa has set up the community learning pod along the soft fall mat along the brick wall in the playground. This was made up of three shops and a house. The shops were Australia Post, Linda’s barber shop and food works supermarket. Tyson is sending packages through the mail at Australia Post. Whereas Kirra is doing her shopping at foodworks in preparation for her picnic. Linda’s barber shop was catered to Abigail who was styling her hair.
