Healthy Habits

Today MS Rina and the children are discussing healthy habits. The healthy habits that we are referring to are eating healthy foods and drinking plenty of water. This stems from the change in weather this week because it is hot again and we haven’t been drinking enough water and as a result some of us have had headaches and are keeping up the water intake. Also Zoe and Tjala wanted to look at the healthy eating chart. Verity said she will eat yogurt for her healthy bones so that she can continue to climb and jump from the top ladder of the fort. Tjala had asked MS Rina if her muffin was a healthy choice. MS Rina had asked if there was any fruit contained in her muffin.  Tjala said yes it is a

blueberry muffin and Ms Rina replied by saying yes because it contains blueberries. Summer then contributed to the conversation by saying her birthday cup cakes were healthy to eat yesterday because they also contained  blueberries.
